Job summary

Gardens of Westbrooke seeks an Activity Assistant to support the Activity Director in planning, organizing and implementing activity programs that meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

You will coordinate with Nursing, Dietary, and Housekeeping, transport residents as needed, and document participation and responses. The role requires CNA certification, high school diploma, and strong leadership with English proficiency. On-site role with collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing activity programs.
