• Assist Program Director in planning and providing activities that support residents' quality of life and meet state requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and implement activities for residents with varying abilities.
• Provide supportive activities in a comfortable environment for residents who are sensitive to group settings.
• Create, display and distribute a monthly Activity Calendar that is informative and attractive.
• Maintain updated social history files on each resident.
• Coordinate activity programming with the Program Director and dietary department as needed.
