Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individual, small and large group activities.
• Assist in providing communication between employees, residents, families, and external parties.
• Assist in developing monthly activity schedules and care plans.
• Arrange transportation for residents to appointments or outings.
• Assist with activity assessments and quarterly progress notes.
• Keep the Activity Department clean, orderly and secured.
