Brookwood Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Homestead, Florida is seeking a compassionate Activities Aide to enhance residents' lives through engaging programs, arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social events.

You will work with the Activities Director to tailor activities to residents' interests, track participation, and support a collaborative care team in a warm, resident-centered environment.

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents, such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social events
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of residents' interests, abilities, and needs to create tailored activity programs
• Engage with residents one-on-one and in group settings to promote socialization and foster a sense of community
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to ensure a smooth and successful activity program
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the Activities department
