Job summary

CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy is seeking an National Resident RN for a dynamic, evidence-based residency across nursing units. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, deliver individualized patient care, and participate in mentorship within a supportive program.

You will engage in clinical orientation and practice-based learning, demonstrating teamwork and a passion for growth in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN with 0–12 months of professional nursing experience
• Nebraska RN license upon hire
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire

Responsibilities

• EBP and patient care: utilize current evidence-based knowledge to provide holistic care across the lifespan
• Interprofessional collaboration and communication with the interprofessional team to ensure effective patient care
• Leadership: coordinate care delivery and take ownership for assignments
