BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a Nurse Residency Program for new nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. This exclusive, paid residency is the only program in home health to be ANCC-accredited.

Participants receive one-on-one nursing care experiences, paid training and shadowing, and the support of round-the-clock clinical staff. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling after six weeks of training enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from an approved nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
