The program includes one-on-one nursing care experiences, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after a 6-week training period, with simulation labs and shadowing to prepare for home health care practice.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients.
• Participate in training, shadowing, and hands-on clinical experiences.
• Engage in post-training scheduling and case assignments as a resident.
