BAYADA Home Health Care in the United States offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with NCLEX scheduled or passed. It is the only paid, new graduate residency in home care with ANCC accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients.
• Participate in paid training and shadowing during the program.
• Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
• Engage in simulation labs and hands-on learning.
• Support patients with flexible scheduling after the 6-week training.
