BAYADA Home Health Care invites nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX to join our Nurse Residency Program, the only paid residency in home health to be ANCC-accredited. You’ll receive paid training and shadowing, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling after the initial program.

We support your growth with one-on-one nursing care, round-the-clock clinical assistance, and a path toward independent practice in a compassionate, accredited home-health culture.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to assigned patients.
• Participate in six-week training and shadowing.
• Document patient care using Statewise electronic charting.
