BAYADA Home Health Care in the United States offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX. This is the only paid, new graduate residency in home health care to earn ANCC accreditation.

The program includes one-on-one nursing care, weekly pay, flexible scheduling after a 6-week training, paid training and shadowing, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities to work near home and receive round-the-clock clinical support.

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
