BAYADA Home Health Care invites nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX to apply for its Nurse Residency Program in the United States. This exclusive, paid residency is ANCC-accredited and focuses on building clinical skills in-home care.

New residents receive one-on-one nursing care, shadowing, paid training, and ongoing clinical support. Flexible scheduling after a 6-week training period helps you balance growth with life responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients as part of the residency.
• Participate in training, simulations, and ongoing clinical support after onboarding.
