BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with NCLEX in the United States. This paid residency is accredited by the ANCC and provides structured training before starting independent practice.

Residents receive one-on-one nursing care experiences, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after completing the initial six-week training. BAYADA supports new grads with shadowing, simulations, and clinical resources to build confidence.

Qualifications

• Must have current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
