Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Collaborate with GMEC and DIO to prepare reports and ensure program certification.
• Develop and implement curriculum, schedules, and evaluation methods across ACGME competencies.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME policies and program requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, faculty selection, and performance evaluation of residents and faculty.
• Maintain liaison with other institutions and ensure resident duty hours policies are followed.
