The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing team, provide clear direction and guidance, and contribute to a multidisciplinary environment that values excellence, accountability, and innovation. You will foster a supportive learning environment where residents thrive, faculty are engaged, and scholarship, professionalism, and inclusion are embedded in the program's culture.
We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $275,000–$325,000, depending on experience, with the opportunity to supplement income through productivity incentives.
