Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to lead the Senior & Residential Care program with responsibilities as Medical Director at participating SNFs. The role offers a strong teaching culture with residents and medical students, and inclusion in a multisite system across Yakima and Kittitas Counties.
Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO or IMG equivalent, with residency in FM/IM and geriatric qualifications preferred.
