Occidental Arts & Ecology Center (OAEC) in West Sonoma County, CA, invites applicants for a 2026 Residential Internship program in Program Administration, Garden, and Facilities. Interns will live on-site and contribute to a small, land-based nonprofit and intentional community.

The 2026 cohort runs Feb–Dec, with a 24-hour work week, private housing, meals, and full access to OAEC facilities. A $750 monthly stipend and generous vacation and sick leave are provided.
