  • Pre-screening fellowship candidates and coordinating communications for fellows.
  • Coordinating and communicating noon conference series schedule and managing selection process.
  • Liaison to internal/external agencies and monitoring compliance.
  • Create reports, coordinate site visits and assist with data entry for the ACGME website.
  • Maintains fellowship handbook and distributes yearly; maintains policies and regulatory records.
  • Schedules interviews for selected fellows; makes travel arrangements and visit itineraries.
  • Coordinates duties for new and graduating fellows; updates rotation and conference schedules.

In addition, will assist with the coordination of other divisional needs as described below.# **Job Description****Primary Duties & Responsibilities:*** Manages calendars for the Program Director and Assistant Program Director of the Fellowship Program for Pediatric Endocrinology. Assists with the maintenance of CV’s and bio sketches in the Washington University Profile System.* Assists Fellowship Director/Assistant Director in the coordination of the division fellowship program, which includes but not limited to: + Pre-screening fellowship candidates + Responsible for coordinating communication contact lists and correspondence for the fellows + Responsible for coordinating and communicating noon conference series schedule + Managing selection process + Liaison to internal/external agencies (ERAS, New Innovations, GME, AMA, NRMP, ABP, ACGME, OISS, BJC-CVO, SLCH) + Monitor program for compliance + Create reports, and coordinate site visits + Assist with the data entry for the ACGME website and prepares supportive documentation required for site reviews + Maintains fellowship handbook and distributes yearly + Maintains established fellowship policies, procedures and objectives including regulatory records for license, reports, and compliance. + Provides notifications as necessary + Schedules interviews for selected potential fellows + Makes travel arrangements, prepares visit itineraries, and assists applicants in getting to all appointments during visit + Coordinates all duties required for new and graduating fellows* Coordinates and updates fellow’s rotation and conference schedules, including the SLCH on-call system.* Processes visitor forms and shadow requests.* Manage medical student clinic rotations.* Other duties as assigned.**Working Conditions:** Job Location/Working Conditions* Normal office environment.* Hybrid - Remote work potential after 6 month introductory period/ normal office environment.
