Responsibilities

• Support program directors, faculty, and residents with program administration and policies.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation requirements and maintain accreditation records.
• Coordinate resident recruitment, interviews, rankings, onboarding, orientation, and graduation activities.
• Administer ERAS, NRMP, and/or San Francisco Match processes.
• Maintain resident and alumni records, evaluations, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate resident scheduling, training, leave requests, promotions, and verification activities.
• Schedule educational conferences, committee meetings, and program events.
• Monitor program budgets and assist with financial tracking.

As a Residency Program Coordinator, you will support an accredited residency or fellowship program by managing daily operations, coordinating recruitment and educational activities, and ensuring compliance with ACGME standards.

Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of ACGME accreditation standards.
• Experience with ERAS, NRMP, MedHub, or similar residency management systems.
