Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) to deliver valet parking and handle personal deliveries for residents. You will greet residents, learn preferences, and connect with the Residential team to ensure seamless service.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the residence operates around the clock. A Texas driver’s license, US work authorization, and a genuine hospitality mindset are essential.

The Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) provides valet parking service to the residences and manages personal deliveries. We are looking for a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) that will recognize our residents, establish connections and be present on our front drive.
