Residence Specialist II - Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Competitive Salary

As a non-profit organization, our dedicated team of professionals, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, works to diagnose and treat all types of mental illness.

What You Need to Apply:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field, or a licensed registered nurse, or a combination of college and related work or life experience totaling four years, or a licensed practical nurse with two years of related experience
• Knowledge of community resources and agencies
• Valid automobile driver's license with MVR meeting agency standards

Position Overview:

As a Residence Specialist II, you will provide assessment, planning, linking, monitoring, and advocacy for clients assigned to supervised residences, many of whom are referred from State psychiatric hospitals. Your role is essential in ensuring clients receive the necessary support for independent living and mental well-being.

Responsibilities include developing individual service plans, coordinating services, communicating observations to the treatment team, documenting client progress, supporting recreational and social activities, developing social and daily living skills, providing transportation, promoting community service usage, and participating in team meetings.
