As a non-profit organization, our team of dedicated professionals-including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff-works to diagnose and treat all types of mental illness.
$18.00/hour starting rate
10% additional pay for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Union position
Flexible PRN/PT scheduling
Shift options: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM, and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (typically weekends)

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field
Knowledge and experience working with adults with chronic mental illness preferred
A valid automobile driver's license with an MVR that meets agency standards
As a PRN/PT Residence Specialist II, you will provide assessment, planning, linking, monitoring, and advocacy for clients in supervised residences referred from state psychiatric hospitals. You'll work as part of a dedicated team to support individuals on their journey toward recovery and independence.
What Does This Position Look Like?
As a Residence Specialist II, you will participate in the development of individualized, comprehensive service plans and play an active role in coordinating services for clients. You will communicate observations and updates to the treatment team, RN, and program coordinator, while also documenting client progress and services provided through clear and timely progress notes. Your responsibilities will include organizing and supporting recreational, educational, and social activities, assisting clients in the development of daily living and survival skills, and providing transportation as needed. Additionally, you will encourage clients to utilize community-based services and participate in treatment planning and team meetings to ensure a well-rounded approach to care.
