Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager for Spencerport, NY. This full-time role supports a residential home, coordinates daily living activities, medications, and community inclusion with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, OR one year of college coursework in human services.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain; SCIP-R Level I required.
• Valid driver’s license and 2 years driving experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills; familiarity with OPWDD regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a residential home, ensuring compassionate, person-centered services.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills, communication, recreation, and community inclusion.
• Administer and monitor medications; coordinate and track medical appointments.
• Supervise and support staff schedules, training, and responsibilities; act as shift leader in Residence Manager’s absence.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service plans and nursing/behavioral plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with OPWDD and agency requirements.
• Respond to behavioral or medical emergencies with SCIP-R and crisis response strategies.
• Collaborate with families, advocates, clinicians, and staff to ensure holistic, individualized support.
