Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in residence life, student housing, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in housing management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing operations, assignments, and occupancy management.
• Supervise and train residence hall staff.
• Develop programs to promote student success and community within residence halls.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and safety standards.
• Assist in budgeting and financial record keeping for housing operations.
• Plan special housing initiatives and coordinate with campus partners.
