American University is seeking a Program Associate (PA), an undergraduate part-time student staff member in Housing & Residence Life. This role supports the Three-Year Scholars Program, helping students learn and grow outside the classroom.

The PA reports to a Community Director and faculty director, collaborates with residence staff and campus partners, and serves in a position of responsibility beyond the floor community. 7 hours weekly; $18.40 per hour; AU students only.

Responsibilities

• Enhance out-of-classroom learning for students in the Three-Year Scholars Program.
• Facilitate interpersonal relationships and create living communities for student growth.
• Work with residence hall staff, faculty, and campus partners.
• Other duties assigned.
