Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of database software and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Collaborative, flexible, innovative; ability to work within a team.
• Faith-aligned leadership and ability to engage in campus ministry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of Residence Life operations, housing facilities, occupancy, and programs.
• Manage crisis response and coordinate after-hours student support with the Director of Residence Life.
• Communicate with university administrators about student concerns, incidents, and property matters.
• Support Student Conduct with room violations and minor offenses within residence halls.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Resident Assistants; provide faith-integrated leadership training.
• Design and implement social, educational, and spiritual programming to enhance residential life.
• Coordinate room assignments, check-in/check-out, and housing records; maintain reports and inspections.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Campus Security to ensure safe living environments.
• Participate in committees, on-call rotation, and other duties to advance CSU mission.
