Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to oversee daily residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role combines direct care with staff leadership and program coordination to ensure a safe, person-centered living environment.

The position reports to the Residential Director and guides Direct Support Professionals, ensuring compliance with regulations and meaningful community engagement for all participants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET.
• Valid driver’s license - class C or D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals, modeling best practices for staff.
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect in all aspects of daily living.
• Assist individuals in developing life skills, social connections, and community involvement.
• Support ISPs, behavior plans, and health care plans implementation.
• Assist with appointments and medication administration as required.
• Oversee daily residence operations, scheduling, and documentation.
