Base pay range

$14.81/hr - $14.81/hr

Job Summary

Performs all basic administrative functions in the Housekeeping department and is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

Qualifications
  • College coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to type 55 wpm.
  • Proficient with Microsoft operating systems, OnQ, and Sales Pro Enterprise.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well under stress and in high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving issues.
  • Ability to assimilate complex information from various sources and adapt accordingly.
  • Good listening and understanding skills to address concerns of coworkers and guests.
  • Ability to understand and work with financial data and perform basic arithmetic.
Job Responsibilities
  • Approach all guests and employees in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance as per Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including possible weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including compliance with dress code and wearing a name tag.
  • Follow all Aimbridge Hospitality policies and safety regulations.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Keep all files organized and up-to-date.
  • Order supplies and materials as needed.
  • Manage department mail, purchase orders, and records.
  • Dispatch work orders and maintain logs.
  • Participate in inventories and payroll processing.
  • Attend meetings and record minutes as required.
  • Ensure staff are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Access and manage sensitive areas and information responsibly.
  • Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes unsupervised.
  • Drive safely for company business.
  • Uphold trust, responsibility, and good character, exercising sound judgment.
