Responsibilities

• Clean all surfaces, dust, and vacuum guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock guest supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and support green practices as trained.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
• Clean multiple rooms daily.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel goals.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have basic communication skills and be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Availability to work weekends and holidays is necessary.
