Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms by wiping surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and restocking supplies, all while adhering to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, remove trash, and support green practices.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
• Support maintenance by reporting any issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet hotel goals.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Basic communication skills are necessary. The role involves continuous movement, including bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, and repetitive motions. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
