Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain a 2.25 cumulative GPA and half-time student status throughout employment.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Return early or stay late at the beginning of the year, during breaks, and at the end of the year as needed.
• Work with Residence Life and Facilities staff to support hall operations.
• Complete all hall office training sessions designated by Residence Life and supervisor.
• Follow Residence Life and University policy, as well as state and federal laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of hall policies, records and incident reports.
• Work all regularly scheduled shifts and arrange coverage if unavailable.
• Complete all hall office paperwork and procedures for every shift.
• Read and follow the Hall Office Staff Operations Manual and policies.
• Follow all emergency procedures as directed by staff and university entities.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the RLC, RD or Assistant Director.
