Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals are treated with dignity and empowered to make decisions
• Coordinate person-centered planning and ISPs, and facilitate team meetings
• Maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) with medical and financial documentation
• Lead staff with direct supervision, evaluate and monitor training compliance
• Manage staff schedules, payroll, and incident reporting
• Oversee home safety and appearance, vehicle maintenance, and food storage practices
• Support residents in exploring talents and personal interests
• Uphold agency policies, licensing standards, and confidentiality protocols
