Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Residence Director to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned residence in Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard programs, ensuring person-centered supports and empowerment for individuals with disabilities.

This full-time, on-site role requires supervising staff, coordinating ISPs, maintaining accurate EHR records, managing schedules and payroll, and ensuring safety and quality of services. MAP certification adds a salary differential.

Residence Director IPay: $64,792 Annually ($31.15/hour; additional $2.00/hour differential for active MAP certification); Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard programs include an additional $1/hour location-based differentialsSchedule: Monday through Friday; 8am-4pm or 9am-5pmFor any Direct Care Hours that are in addition to the 40 exempt hours there is a fixed rate of $28.50/hr for awake shifts ($29.50 for Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard programs) and $17.50/hr for any asleep hours.The primary objective of the Residence Director is to ensure responsive, effective residential supports to individuals with disabilities and to lead the staff team in creating an atmosphere that places individual respect, dignity and empowerment above all else. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned residence with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of program services offered.
