Job summary

Delaware North’s Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, WY, is seeking a seasonal Residence Coordinator to manage housing facilities. You’ll ensure a clean, safe living environment, support guests and associates, and coordinate maintenance needs within the housing complex.

The role offers 32–40 hours per week with benefits through Delaware North. Weekly pay and park access perks accompany the position, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to deescalate guest and team member complaints or concerns and redirect to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide associates residing in company housing a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Clean public areas, rooms, restrooms and stores according to department procedures and guidelines
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash waste and recycling to disposal area
• Conduct walk-around of assigned areas to assure that the facility meets housekeeping standards
• Assists guests and team members, escalating concerns or questions to supervisor or manager as needed
• Assist management in organizing team member engagement events and programs
• Report maintenance repair problems to Supervisor
• Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis
• Replenish supplies, keep all linen rooms and work areas neat, clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
