Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. You will lead front-of-house teams, develop schedules, manage inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction during the 2027 Spring/Summer season.

The role offers weekly pay, housing options, and various employee perks in a unique national park setting. Prior supervisory and cash handling experience is preferred for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• BirchStreet and SYSCO order experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required.
• Ability to implement rules and direct employees.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain work schedules for employees, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house team per shift, including training and enforcing standards.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and storing supplies and food items safely.
• Investigate and resolve complaints about food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Learn all roles within the department and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
