Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Reset Representative to ensure beverage displays are stocked and rotated according to the provided schematics. The role includes restocking, building displays, and maintaining back stock across assigned customer locations.

You will drive to client sites, coordinate with store management, and adhere to safety standards while lifting up to 50 pounds and working on weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Own and operate a mobile smartphone for clocking in/out.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves per schematic.
• Inspect vehicle and ensure Swire vehicle is stocked with POS materials.
• Communicate with store management about the schematic reset before starting.
• Rotate products using FIFO to keep stock fresh.
• Set aside for customer credit any unfit product to prevent selling spoiled items.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
• Builds displays and maintains back rooms in a safe, accessible manner.

What does a Reset Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensures customer beverage sections, displays coolers and all points of availability are stocked and rotated according to schematics sent to employee by the Division Category Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves per schematic designed by Division Category Manager and/or store management.
• Inspect vehicle and supply the company vehicle with POS, racks, glides, etc. prior to departure. Drive to customer locations.
• Openly communicate and confirm with store management the schematic reset prior to starting at customer location.
• Rotate products utilizing a “first in - first out” stocking system by removing and organizing product on glides, shelves and back stock.
• Set aside for customer credit product unfit for sale insuring expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Builds displays
• Maintains back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned area.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device for clocking in/out
• Understand and fully operate Microsoft Outlook and excel
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
