You will execute resets, collaborate with store staff, and use RF scanners to track inventory while delivering excellent service to customers. Flexible schedules and room for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
