P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Reset Merchandiser to maintain and enhance product presentation in retail environments. You will perform product resets, partner with store staff, and use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure displays meet company standards.

No prior experience required, 18+ eligibility, and the role offers flexible weekday hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays. An ESOP ownership program, paid time off after 1 year, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets according to planograms and guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
