Job summary

ICF's Disaster Management Division is seeking a Supervisor, Case Management to join our U.S.-wide Reservist On-Call cadre. Must be a resident of Indiana.

This role supervises Case Management Specialist staff and may require deployment to client offices and disaster-affected locations with little notice. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate with project leadership and partners, ensure survivor-centered service delivery, and monitor quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or supervising case management, survivor assistance, or disaster operations.
• Willingness to travel by air and road with short notice to disaster-affected areas.
• Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays when activated.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case Management Specialists and staff; set priorities and ensure service delivery.
• Oversee housing assistance and FEMA/CA programs in support of survivors.
• Review casework and documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Monitor workload, quality, productivity, and performance metrics; implement improvements.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff; reinforce standards.
• Coordinate with leadership, clients, stakeholders, and partners to resolve issues.
• Support eligibility determinations and apply program requirements consistently.
• Maintain clear communications on progress, risks, and resolutions.
• Travel to client sites and disaster locations as required.
