Job summary

Flywheel Energy, LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Reserves & Planning in Oklahoma City. You will lead the Reserves & Planning Analysts, coordinate workloads across reserves, planning, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-asset coverage, and automation to improve accuracy.

You will develop expertise across Flywheel assets, maintain standards, and support integration of new analyses and systems as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Geology or another STEM discipline.
• 8+ years of upstream oil and gas experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Aries, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Reserves & Planning Analysts across assets.
• Coordinate workloads, priorities, and deadlines across reserves, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
• Design quality control processes and automation to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Coach analysts and promote cross-training to reduce key-person dependency.
