Job summary

Flywheel Energy in Oklahoma City is seeking an AI Automation Analyst to design, build, and maintain intelligent automations across Land, Accounting, Owner Relations, and Document Management systems.

You will partner with Land, Accounting, Operations, IT, and Digital teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, reduce manual tasks, and advance AI-enabled workflows that support rapid and responsible growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and deploying AI-assisted process automations in business operations.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or similar) for prompts and data extraction.
• Experience with unstructured document processing (OCR/LLM-based extraction).
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data processing, API integration, and automation development.
• Ability to manage multiple automation workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and automation/orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of ETL processes and relational data structures.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs or webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and implement automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks across Flywheel systems.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate Flywheel systems using APIs, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, including LLM applications, and RPA platforms.
• Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled automation technology.
• Monitor automations for errors and performance; build self-correcting logic and alerts.
