Qualifications

• 3+ years designing AI-assisted automations in a business operations context.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (prompt design, extraction, output reliability).
• Experience with unstructured document processing (OCR/LLM-based).
• Python or similar scripting for data processing and automation development.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, or database connectors.
• Ability to manage multiple automation workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and implement automation solutions across Flywheel systems to eliminate manual tasks.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows to improve execution efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate Flywheel systems using API connections, data pipelines, and orchestration tools.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and RPA platforms for adoption.
• Monitor automations for errors and performance, with self-correcting logic.
• Document data models, flows, and governance for auditability.
