They ensure a pleasant environment so travelers return to the road better than they came. The role emphasizes service, safety and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve‑It parking program with arrival, parking and general information
• Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve‑It functions. Follows the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals.
• Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers
• Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co‑workers
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
