Job summary

Vizient is seeking an operations-focused analyst to support Reserve Hub across pharmacy, med-surg, and future categories. You will monitor inventory, supplier performance, and reporting accuracy while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using reporting and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency with Excel and other BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch, maintenance, and ongoing operations of Reserve Hub product categories (pharmacy, med-surg, future offerings).
• Monitor inventory availability, product utilization, supplier participation, pricing alignment, and member access.
• Analyze inventory trends, supplier performance, fulfillment activity, and operational metrics.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership decision-making.
• Track supplier performance metrics including inventory availability, responsiveness, and reporting timeliness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support inventory operations, category launches, and reporting enhancements.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and reporting definitions for scalable operations.
• Support testing and implementation of system enhancements and new Reserve Hub functionality.
• Investigate operational issues, validate data accuracy, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Provide analytical insights for leadership updates, supplier reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
