Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in reserve studies.
• Strong foundation in accounting and related analysis.
• Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop reserve study reports for HOAs and Condos.
• Forecast future balances and funding based on data and projections.
• Lead training sessions for internal Reserve Team and managers.
• Coordinate planning and education for reserve seasons.
