Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Reserve Analyst to create comprehensive Reserve Study Reports for HOAs and Condos in Dallas, Austin, or Houston, TX. This exempt, full-time role requires independent judgement and strong financial analysis to guide long-range funding plans.

You will work with the centralized Reserve Team, coordinate with division leadership, and may train Reserve Specialists. DOE compensation and a path toward certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Two (2) year minimum experience in reserve studies preferred.
• Strong foundation in accounting and related analysis, project management, and sales.
• Comfortable communicating with Division Leadership, Community Association Managers, and association Boards of Directors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; able to learn other software.
• Meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues.
• Team player with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn Company processes and enterprise software systems.
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop reserve study reports for HOAs and Condos; coordinate with divisions.
• Forecast future fund balances and contribution rates; create 30-year funding plans.
• Conduct site inspections and inventory assets; document condition.
• Review reserve fund balances and adjust pricing and projections.
• Educate management teams on reserve study concepts; lead training sessions.
• Partner with leadership to set pricing, timelines, and education for reserve seasons.
• Provide direct training and support to Boards and management teams.
