Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Reserve Analyst in Las Vegas, NV to create Reserve Study Reports for HOAs and Condos, guiding long-term funding and capital planning. This role emphasizes independent judgment and professional certification potential within a centralized Reserve Team.

As a Reserve Analyst, you will coordinate with division leadership, perform site inspections, estimate asset maintenance costs, and develop a 30-year funding plan to present to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Two year minimum experience in reserve studies preferred.
• Ability to be intuitive regarding the financial needs of HOAs.
• Strong foundation in accounting and related analysis, project management, and sales.
• Comfortable with internal and external client communications, including Division Leadership, Community Association Managers, and association Boards of Directors.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; intermediate skills a plus.
• Proficiency/comfortability in learning other software applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities.
• Willing to learn Company process and procedures, and learn/use enterprise software systems.
• Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record.
• Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently, with little direction, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop reserve study reports for HOAs and Condos.
• Forecast future balances and funding needs based on pricing adjustments and revenue projections.
• Independently conduct site inspections to inventory assets and assess condition.
• Independently estimate and cost maintenance, repair and replacement of assets.
• Create a 30-year funding plan and present to the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate with Assistant Director and division leadership on pricing and education for reserve season.
• Participate in educating management teams on Reserve Study concepts.
• Lead training sessions for Community Association Managers on reserve study processes.
• Serve as a resource for Community Association Management teams and internal partners.
• Provide training and support to Association Boards and management teams.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
