Job summary

Lake Nona Wave Hotel in Orlando seeks a Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Reservations and PBX teams, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficiency, and revenue generation. You will lead, coach, and assess performance, reporting to the Call Center Manager and coordinating with Rooms Division to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Experience with Revinate, Synxis, OTA extranets, and PBX is preferred; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in hotel leisure/group reservations, front office or call center.
Experience with hotel PMS and central reservations systems.
Familiarity with Forbes/LQA and AAA standards preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations and PBX teams, ensuring guest service quality and revenue generation.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Reservations and PBX staff.
Monitor key performance metrics and ensure accurate reservation processing.
Collaborate with Rooms Division leadership to align on guest experience and operations.
Audit call quality and manage training related to hotel knowledge and procedures.
Handle group reservations, room blocks, and inventory updates as directed.
