Lake Nona Wave Hotel is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Senior Area Transient Manager. You will coordinate responses to corporate RFPs, manage partnerships, and assist in contract and rate-loading processes across five Lake Nona hotels, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Reservations, Revenue Management, and other departments to service transient accounts, build client relationships, and support sales initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years in hotel operations or sales preferred.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and respond to corporate RFPs across all Lake Nona hotels through MarRFP, Cvent/Lanyon, and other platforms.
• Coordinate and respond to Entertainment and Consortia leads, including proposal development and follow-up.
• Prepare new partnership and renewal contracts across all Lake Nona properties; ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Submit rate code forms, cluster code requests, and GDS rate-loading requests for new partnerships.
