Job summary

Barnsley Resort in Georgia is seeking a results-driven Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team, manage room inventory and rates, and maximize revenue while delivering personalized guest service.

You will train staff, monitor systems for accuracy, collaborate with departments to enhance arrivals and departures, and analyze performance data to identify improvements and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in reservations management or a similar role in hospitality.
