Barnsley Resort in Georgia is seeking a Golf Groundskeeper to maintain our renowned golf course and support exceptional guest experiences. Bring high energy and a love of the outdoors to keep greens, tees, and fairways pristine.

You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, assist with maintenance plans with the course superintendent, and ensure safety while working in various weather conditions. This outdoor role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work early mornings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of turf management and irrigation systems.
• Able to operate groundskeeping equipment safely.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf course grounds: mowing, edging, trimming.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of tee boxes, fairways, greens.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of equipment and amenities.
• Implement pest control and irrigation programs.
• Collaborate with the superintendent and team on maintenance plans.
• Conduct routine inspections; report hazards.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
